The December 26 price sheet reflects increased demand for logs; the wet weather we’ve had since late August has created a shortage. Nearly 30 products have price increases. The winter season brings additional demand for veneer and upper-grade saw logs for the export market as well. We expect prices to be stable or rise in the next two months, as mills stockpile material ahead of the Spring mud season. |
Hours
Our gates are open all the time. We are at the yards scaling logs Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm and by chance on weekends. (SUMMER HOURS: 7am to 3pm.)
Please sign in each load. If delivering logs when the yard is unattended, group logs by species if possible, turn tips.
Mark ends with vendor’s name. Pile logs, sign in each load.

Payment
Checks will be mailed on the Friday after logs are scaled, unless other arrangements are made.

Directions to Rockingham VT Yard, at 16 Transport Park, Route 103, Rockingham: From I-91, Exit 6, follow Route 103 North to Rockingham for 2 miles. Turn Right at the Transport Park truck stop. Turn Left at bottom of entrance, continue straight and around building to log yard in the back.
